Reimagining Collaboration is all about how we work together. The program focuses on deepening our abilities to work creatively, intentionally, and whole-heartedly with the complexity of groups. Financial Innovation and Resilience (FIRE) is our internationally acclaimed program focused on strategic and creative ways to build financial strength in a complex and volatile world.  

In each program, you’ll form meaningful connections with other participants, learn new tools and practices from experienced trainers, and apply what you’re learning to challenges and opportunities in your own context. Both programs will be facilitated in English, and are open to anyone involved in social or climate justice work around the world.

Reimagining Collaboration — what you need to know

• The 3-day intensive will take place in English and be facilitated by Spring in partnership with Roemah Inspirit. After the intensive in Bali, you'll dive deeper into themes of interest during a month-long asynchronous learning process, which will conclude with a final virtual accompaniment session.

• With this month-long program, you’ll gain: 

• • A better understanding of your unique strengths and growth areas in group settings.
  • Greater capacity to deal with tension and difficult conversations in resourceful ways that positively transform how groups work together.
  • The confidence to use a wide array of tools that can help keep people meaningfully engaged, deeply connected and moving forward towards a shared goal.
  • Opportunities to experiment and practice new skills and strategies with customized feedback from our team of facilitation experts.

FIRE — what you need to know

• The intensive will take place in English and be facilitated by Spring in partnership with PLUS. After the intensive in Bali, you’ll take part in four webinars, cross-learning and completion sessions alongside three group coaching sessions and an individual coaching session over a four-month-long period.

• With this program, you will be able to:

1. • Build a new toolbox,  form a customized action plan and create a budgeting strategy that you can apply to your work immediately.
   • Explore a user-friendly dashboard of key financial health indicators that can easily convey key financial trends for decision making to your staff and board.
   • Learn a creative, entrepreneurial approach to growing and strengthening your base of supporters through all your communications channels.
   • Gain invaluable knowledge for shaping engagement with funders leading to transformational relationships.
